This consists of 3 physical fitness tests, ranging in length from 30 seconds to 2 minutes. We will then ask you for some information relating to your walking speed. We also require you to complete a short questionnaire regarding your confidence with several balance tasks.
It is recommended that individuals achieve 150 minutes of moderate physical activity each week to see the health benefits and we encourage you to aim to achieve this.
We would like you to answer some short questions regarding any physical activity you have completed within the previous 7 days, including time spent as part of this programme.
We will guide you through the process of setting two goals which will focus on improving your physical fitness and achieving an activity that is important to you.
These measures are important and focus on your memory, ability to complete day to day activities and mood.
